El 27 de octubre de 2009 se presentó la nueva sede de los Registros de la Propiedad en Madrid, proyecto realizado íntegramente por Mark Fenwick y Javier Iribarren.
El edificio incorpora en su conjunto elementos de sostenibilidad tanto de arquitectura "Green" como "Blue" para un mayor confort de empleados y visitantes. Aparte de las zonas destinadas a registros, la Sede incluye espacios para decanato, salón de actos, oficina bancaria, guardería, cafetería y espacios exteriores como una plaza pública central y una terraza estancial ajardinada en el ático.
On 27th October 2009 the new headquarters for the Madrid registrars, designed by Mark Fenwick and Javier Iribarren, was presented to the press.
The building incorporates both green and blue sustainable architecture initiatives seeking more comfort for the users and visitors. In addition to the registrars facilities complimentary areas have been introduced such as a deans office, a bank branch, a nursery, a cafeteria and open public spaces such as the central plaza and the attic landscaped roof terrace.
