Fenwick Iribarren takes as a starting point the idea of a continuous platform, folded and perforated. This platform supports the weight of the stadium and the traffic flow it generates. From this covered area a long, continuous surface appears which extends beyond the stadium, flattens out, descends and finally rises.

In this way a new space below said platform is created for independent uses and movement. A multi-purpose building is designed, sporting as well as cultural, generating new neighbourly relations through sports.

Our intention is to meet the needs of the neighbourhood with a friendly, multi-purpose building, harmonious with the surroundings, which projects a recognizable and contemporary image.
