Caleido, the Fifth Tower in the Madrid Business Area. Is an emblematic project for the new Skyline of Madrid for the 21st century.

It consists of a skyscraper with a height of 160 m. placed on a horizontal urban infrastructure base.

The new Tower is located on the axis of the four exiting towers standing out for its slender & screened form. With a ratio of 1:4:9, the tower is designed as a minimalist element with references to the world of art, in particular, the sculpture.

The building is a hybrid container, a social condenser, and an added value for the city of Madrid, which will house the IE University (Business Institute), commercial spaces and a clinic. The design creates an authentic vertical campus containing plazas, double lounge areas and views towards the city of Madrid.
