Fenwick Iribarren worked in close collaboration with its client, Neinver, to design Nassica, one of the major Leisure Centres in Europe.

The Centre, innovative in its concept and realisation, mixes three very different retail typologies which are combined together perfectly, these being Leisure, Factory Outlet and Retail Park.

The retail environment arises from the creation of articulated open spaces orientated around a large public plaza and an external pedestrian street.

A major feature that stands out in this Centre is the 20,000 m2 Cinema, one of the largest in Europe.
