The first objective of the plan was to relocate and enlarge the existing cinemas to a new isolated building. 

Phase two was the construction of the featured building, conceived as an extension of the existing centre, comprised of a single basement car park and ground floor for commercial use.

In the feature building there are three main areas, each orientated towards a lake, joined by malls. These main spaces house the commercial zones, rest and event areas and are characterised by their increased lighting, height and spacious qualities achieved by the rising ceiling line from the point of entry.
