The approach taken for the architectural solution of the Leisure Centre is conditioned in principle by the urban junction where it is located.  A feature plaza is formed by means of Italian steps, in the shape of a half moon that rise up to create a podium.  From this platform the public are orientated towards the different volumes and spaces of the Centre.

The most novel and distinguishing feature of this centre is the way the public is distributed entirely via external spaces and walkways to the various premises all of which can be seen from the public highway, thereby breaking away from the traditional stereotype of the enclosed Leisure complex.
