The design has considered its main priorities as environmental quality, landscaping, daylight and ¨friendliness¨ both for its specific users and for the rest of the citizens.

It is the harmonisation of rational energy consumption and comfort levels combined with building plasticity through technical solutions that are genuinely architectural.
