The "factory outlet" concept is reflected in the industrial design aesthetic where there is an emphasis on buildings with exposed pipework and installations.

Fenwick Iribarren has also carried out the connection and extension of this factory outlet towards the Nassica Centre where the "factory aesthetic" has been softened by the use of inverted vaults and back-lit light boxes.
