This building is located in an area of industrial development on the street Alcalá in Madrid.

A central building connects two unique buildings and is finished off by a canopy which ties the complex together. Completely translucent floors are created, joined together by vertical communication centers. A very high end interior plaza with landscaping and semi public spaces is created between the buildings.

Pedestrian access is through the central entrance, the landmark of the complex. Access to each of the buildings is through the landscaped plaza.
