The building, to be refurbished dates from 1920 and has a historic protection on the main façade and interior core. 

The project seeks to create functional offices on a floor plan originally designated to housing.

The excellent location, on the Paseo de la Castellana, gives it an important historical presence and due to this, the client expects to have modern office space without sacrificing the spirit of the original image.

Two basement parking levels were built under the building using sophisticated structural systems.
