The building, dedicated to office space, is conceived as a refurbishment of an existing building designed by Ramón Vázquez Molezún.

Located on one of the most important streets of Madrid the project seeks to maintain the essence of the original building as exemplified by the external slats, but introduces a new floor plan complying with the requirements of a modern building.

The architectural image is based on a simple form where the slats distort the urban scale creating the perception of a clean and transparent white cube.
