Somport Office Complex

The project consists of a design for an office complex in “Las Tablas” in Madrid. It’s a modern and functional architectural project, which is focused on users comfort whilst taking into account sustainable solutions. The project consists of two buildings, each with independent parking facilities giving more flexibility to the complex when in use.

The singularity of this project is that the main structure seen on the external glass façade generates a pattern which is repeated in all internal finishes as well as the urban design including the pavement and green areas.  The buildings are connected by a pergola giving them a sense of unity and creating a plaza for its users.  The complex includes a cafeteria, outdoor areas, an auditorium, gymnasium, 2 paddle tennis courts and other outdoor sports facilities.
