Torres Condomina

The project stems from the idea to create a new urban centre in Murcia located next to the Condomina Football Stadium.

The project follows the theme of “creating a city” by means of a retail plinth bound to two nearby shopping centres. Two Twin Towers facing each other emerge from the rectangular shaped plinth united by a landscaped strip, which serves as a thermal cushion to the interior of the proposed building.

The towers consist of two pieces setback from the plinth with a central core with completely different facades. The previously mentioned landscaped strip and a curtain wall of red circles that arise from the interpretive study of wind, population densities and its relation with the rest of Murcia.
