The project consists in a compact rectangular free-standing building made up of overlapping pieces which are moved to create spaces for terraces and openings. The building consists of 4 floors and an attic above ground dedicated to the sports facilities and 2 underground floors for parking and technical facilities.

The Sports Centre facilities include areas for water sport activities, sports halls, as well as a multi-purpose sports court and an outdoor swimming pool on the roof top. The sports halls have large windows & terraces in certain areas that increase the space and allowing the entry of natural light.
