Fenwick Iribarren look to design a volcano using two concentric circles with large platforms emerging from the ground which will create shade and large walkways with courtyards and gardens.

The 80,000 spectator stadium will be the focal point for this project, using a series of skin facades to create a contrast with the surrounding emerging platforms.  The inclined platforms contain hospitality areas, a police station, a school, sporting facilities, training camps, etc...
