Fenwick Iribarren Architects y el RCD Espanyol han ganado el Stadium Business Award 2010 a la mejor instalación deportiva del año en un acto que tuvo lugar en la storehouse de Guinness en Dublín delante de más de 150 profesionales de todo el mundo.
El estadio de RCD Espanyol fue elegido por los jueces "... Para mostrar que los clubes de fútbol pueden tener estadios magníficos, abarcables económicamente sin hipotecar el club y consiguiendo un diseño sostenible desde el principio..."

Fenwick Iribarren Architects & RCD Espanyol have won the “Venue of the Year 2010” at the Stadium Business Awards which took place at the Guinness storehouse in Dublin in front of an audience of over 150 stadium industry professionals from around the globe.
RCD Espanyol’s Stadium was chosen by the judges "...for showing that football clubs can have great, affordable stadiums without being saddled with debt and for embracing sustainable design into the stadium scheme from the outset..."
