Van avanzando las obras de la Rehabilitación del Edificio de Viviendas en la calle Gran Vía 68, Madrid.
La restauración de toda la fachada está a punto de terminar, los andamios ya han sido retirados y queda colocar las carpinterías. Ya se puede apreciar la remodelación de la fachada histórica del siglo XX, además de la restauración de la cúpula en cuya cima se encuentra la escultura del Fénix.
El estado actual de la obra está con el refuerzo de pilares y voladizos y el levantamiento de algún tabique interior de los pisos superiores.
Progress is being made on site for the Residential Building Refurbishment in C/Gran Via 68, Madrid.
Restoration of the whole façade is about to end, the scaffolding has already been removed and the carpentry is in place. You can already appreciate the remodelling of the historical facade from the twentieth century, as well as the restoration of the dome on whose summit sits the sculpture of the Phoenix.
Work is currently being carried out on strengthening the pillars and overhangs, installing the separation walls and the internal distribution of the flats.
