Arrancan las obras de rehabilitación en el antiguo edificio de la imprenta situado en la Cuesta de San Vicente. El edificio histórico, que ha estado vacio durante los últimos 10 años se convertirá en un hotel de 300 habitaciones con servicios de co-living y oficinas para co-working.
El hotel albergará una mezcla de habitaciones modernas para estudiantes, habitaciones de hotel y estudios para compartir. La planta baja será accesible al público con áreas de estudio, salas de reuniones, TSH Collab - un espacio de trabajo para start-ups y empresas locales - restaurante, bar, sala de juegos, un gimnasio y un garaje para más de 300 bicicletas y 82 coches.
Rehabilitation works have begun on the Old Imprenta building located on Cuesta de San Vicente. The historic building, which has been vacant for the last 10 years, will become a 300-room hotel with co-living services and offices for co-working.
The Hotel will house a mix of modern rooms for students, hotel rooms and studios for sharing. The Ground floor will be accessible to the general public with study areas, meeting rooms, TSH Collab-a workspace for start-ups and local businesses-restaurant, bar, games room, gym and a garage for more than 300 bikes and 82 cars.
