The discussion was moderated by Alejandra Fenwick, Partner at the firm, and featured Mark Fenwick, Chairman and Founder of Fenwick Iribarren Architects; Salvador Alonso, Sports Director at the firm; and Nuno Moura, from Legends Global.
The session explored the evolution of stadiums over recent decades and highlighted how the introduction of a solid business plan is essential to ensure the viability, sustainability, and year-round activation of sports venues.
