Set on a large platform containing a retail park with warehouse outlets, a complex of diverse buildings is developed where three large boxes stand out, housing diverse leisure activities.
First is Micropolix, offering a variety of children’s leisure activities, followed by a translucent volume containing a gymnasium and other sport/ recreational activities; and finally a large truncated volume allowing access to the cinemas.
These large pieces are interrelated via a grand walkway or boulevard, which is lined with a wide array of restaurants.
