Formed by two single storey blocks, outdoor areas to be used as parking spaces, and a large public plaza which opens onto Denia’s Marina, overlooking the city of Denia, its castle and Montgó Massif in the background.

About the project
The emblematic and distinctive feature of the design lies in the sequence of pergolas for protection from the sun, which qualify and characterize the whole complex, and at the same time generate comfort and shaded areas to the outdoor spaces. This pergola system is projected through a matrix of plain square fabric panels, distributed at different heights and indifferent sizes, starting from a basic module unit of 5 metres, which generates 5×5 and 10×10 square elements seeking greater efficiency from the shaded areas and generating an outstanding dynamic image from the city of Denia.
