The location chosen by the developer is strategic and intelligent: just 10 km from the city center, between the bypass road to the capital M40 and National Highway II, one of Madrid’s most important arteries due to its connection with the Henares Corridor. This position is also very close to Barajas Airport, Madrid´s Trade Fair, and a shopping and leisure center.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Las Mercedes Business Park is a large-scale project that includes nine buildings in its program, one of which is for services and the rest are designated for office space. These buildings surround a central park with meticulously landscaped scenery, where users can enjoy common amenities such as a restaurant, cafés, and recreational areas, all concealing an underground parking lot with 1,650 spaces for vehicles. The original idea was to create an urban campus, a large central green space, where the office buildings would essentially separate and insulate from the National Highway II noise, pollution and constant traffic.
