Fenwick Iribarren Architects developed this luxury residences on the sea front in a magnificent site on the Costa del Sol.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Rather than follow the path of a typical historicist architectural style, they have opted to create a series of buildings whereby the residences enjoy southern exposure and beachfront.
The result is two overlapping independent blocks, with a terraced facade giving extensive views facing south and a rear facade acting as a barrier towards the motorway.
