The rehabilitation of the Gran Vía building, located in the historic center of Madrid, was a complex and interesting challenge. Originally a hotel, it was later converted into office space, and with our renovation, it was transformed into luxury residences.

As there was no garage in the building, it was structurally reinforced entirely to excavate five additional floors below street level. This allowed for the creation of a robotic garage with two spaces per residence, which was not present originally but required by regulations.
On the upper floors, 48 luxurious apartments of various sizes were distributed with common areas. The users were provided with a gym in the rooftop tower and a recreational pool on the terrace with fantastic panoramic views.
The ground floor retained its commercial use, as expected, given Gran Vía’s status as one of the busiest streets in the entire city of Madrid.
