Torre Espacio, when observed from different viewpoints, creates the illusion that this enormous sixty floors high monolith, moves as if performing a dance.

VOLUMES & PROPORTIONS

Torre Espacio is a volumetric transformation that forms a dynamic, almost organic progression as the building rises in height. From the ground floor, Torre Espacio starts with an absolutely square base, but as it grows, it reduces and transforms its floor area, and this reduction generates a curve that is the mathematical representation y=cosx.
The square of the ground floor gradually transforms following the cosine function, until it becomes the top floor at the intersection of two 90º circular arcs contained within the original square.

TORRE ESPACIO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATES IN ITS PUBLIC ENVIRONMENT, EXPANDING IT, COMPLEMENTING IT, AND TO SOME EXTENT, CREATING IT.

The fact that the tower loses cores as the floor surface decreases while it rises in height makes it a more efficient building than if its core were of constant section. This design provides the opportunity to utilize more usable square meters in height, while also giving each floor unique characteristics, as none of Torre Espacio’s floors is the same as another.
