The Project looks to create a special villa for holidays in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain, and on what is the best plot of land in the Urbanization. The land has a strong fall to the east, and it surrounded on three sides by a Golf course.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The house looks to use the Architecture to focalize and direct the views to the different directions. Formal in the sense of reducing the overall mass of the house into five parts, lowering the apparent scale and housing the different uses within, sleep, rest, play.
It is a very simple Architecture, but also complex, with white above and black below, all in noble materials. The symbolism is shown in the five elements, five fingers; one next to another as yachts in the port, one of the hobbies of the family. It is a fun house and easy to live in, tailor made for the family that commissioned it.
