ABOUT THE PROJECT
This building complies with the requirements of the new 2020 Technical Building Code regulations. It features a double perforated skin depending on the orientation of the facade, in addition to high-performance glass to ensure comfort with in the offices. It has been awarded a LEED v4 BD+C Core&Shell certification.
